IQ has been commissioned with the project management for the “Hammerstrasse 27” project in Düsseldorf. INTERBODEN Innovative Gewerbewelten mbH & Co. KG intends to construct an office and residential building with a two-level underground car park on an own plot in the Düsseldorf MedienHafen area. The existing building on the plot will be demolished. The project is expected to be completed in 2019.
