On May 21, 2026, we took part in the B2Run with a small team.
Every year, it’s once again a truly great event not only because of the run itself, but also because of the special atmosphere. And yesterday, even the weather played along perfectly; it could hardly have gone any better.

After a three-year break, the time had finally come again: our Future Conference took place, this time hosted at Cassini Consulting AG, who made this fantastic workshop possible.
A special focus of our workshop this year was the topic of artificial intelligence and automation. Together, we explored how AI can make our work processes more efficient, simplify routine tasks, and at the same time give us more room for creative and strategic activities. In groups, participants discussed, experimented, questioned, and prioritized—always with the goal of using new technologies in a meaningful and human-centered way.
By the end of the day, we had gathered many exciting ideas and concrete initiatives that we plan to implement together over the coming months.

Last week, our team visited the construction site of the 87-meter-high St. John’s Church (Johanneskirche) in Düsseldorf to review the ongoing progress. It was fascinating to see how the work is developing and which measures have already been implemented.
The copper spire of the church tower has already been reinstalled, and the scaffolding on the tower has been dismantled up to a height of 21.5 meters. On site, the final roofing work can be seen at the transition between the main roof and the tower, as well as on the side roofs.
We look forward to continuing to accompany the next stages and to witnessing the further development of this remarkable project.

Once again this year, the trade fair provided valuable insights into current trends and developments in the real estate industry – and one thing is clear: the market is picking up again.
