Once again this year, the trade fair provided valuable insights into current trends and developments in the real estate industry – and one thing is clear: the market is picking up again.

In July, our team traveled to Brussels and the weather was on our side. Our tour guide, Sascha Salzig, even said it was quite a rarity: “It usually rains all the time here.”
This time, we explored Brussels mostly on foot, accompanied by a lively city tour filled with funny anecdotes, fascinating stories, and plenty of great tips.
We saw the city from above, visited the Horta Museum, and discovered some truly remarkable places.
Of course, we didn’t just explore the city’s culture, we also indulged in its cuisine. Luckily, by the end of the day, our step counters showed we’d earned it.
On May 15, 2025, a significant milestone was celebrated for the Le Coeur project in Düsseldorf with the topping-out ceremony.
In his speech, Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller emphasized the urban development importance of the comprehensive revitalization of the former Commerzbank building on Königsallee, through which a pioneering project is taking shape in the heart of Düsseldorf.

We are pleased to announce the groundbreaking for Epson’s Industrial Solution Center on the former Pierburg site in Neuss. The bema Development GmbH is leading as the developer, while Epson Deutschland GmbH joins as a tenant in this forward-looking project, scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
IQ supported bema in preparing and finalizing the general contractor agreement with GOLDBECK West GmbH and is now responsible for project monitoring.
