Topping-out ceremony BOB.Krefeld

The BOB-AG has celebrated the topping-out ceremony of the project BOB.Krefeld Südstadt on  15 June 2023.

Together with craftsmen, contractors, the city of Krefeld, tenants, project initiator and planners, the successful construction of the building shell was honored.

The speakers emphasized the special qualities of the building concept in climate friendliness and sustainability. The project is an innovative role model, e.g. through a particularly effective heat pump for utilizing geothermal energy for heating and cooling the building.

The project will be completed at the end of Q3 2023.

Project update “Strawberry Fields”, Bonn

IQ has taken over the project management for the “Strawberry Fields” project.

OSMAB Holding AG and GOLDOCT Real Estate GmbH are realising a modern campus for companies with efficiently networked office space in Bonn Bad-Rüngsdorf (9,500 m² GFA).
The office space is distributed over three full and one staggered storey, a café and bakery are planned for the ground floor. Upon completion in 2025, certification according to LEED Gold as well as building standard Efficient House 40 are expected.

Project update “Le Coeur”, Dusseldorf

Until the end of February 2023 the luminous artwork “Le Coeur” is installed on the former Commerzbank building on Königsallee in Dusseldorf.

We are delighted to be part of this exciting project.

Project update “Eclipse”, Dusseldorf

After a construction period of about three years the main tenant PwC has moved into the new office space.

On the site at Georg-Glock-Straße 22 / corner of Kennedydamm, developer Eclipse Düsseldorf GmbH has realised a 16-storey office tower including a 2-storey entrance building on approx. 33,500 m² GFA. The building is certified as a Green Building according to the DGNB Platinum standard.
