On 13 January 2023, the New Year’s Reception at Dusseldorf Airport took place with over 800 invited guests from politics, business and culture.
With an impressive view of the illuminated airport grounds, Prof. Christina Maaß and Mr Daniel Kalus had the opportunity to learn about the strategies and plans of the airport’s new management, Mr Lars Redeligx and Mr Pradeep Pinakatt.

After a construction period of about two years, the first tenants moved into the 81 flats (in November 2022) that have been created on the former site of the Schlösser brewery and the abattoir in the Dusseldorf borough of Derendorf.

INTERBODEN Group is realising Dusseldorf’s first office building (7,200 m² GFA) in hybrid timber construction in Dusseldorf’s Media Harbour.
Together with Mayor Josef Hinkel, guests from politics and business and the future tenants the topping-out ceremony was celebrated in a pre-Christmas atmosphere on 13 December 2022.

The Duisburg Central Office was completed on 14 September 2022.
The building with the striking green solid stone façade will soon open its doors to the tenant Consors Finanz.
