On August 1, the Moxy hotel was opened in the Quartier ID/Cologne in Cologne-Mülheim. The hotel, operated by the GHotel Group, has 222 rooms and a unique green clinker brick façade. The Moxy hotel is the first hotel in the Schanzenviertel.

In September we visited the Eclipse construction site on Kennedydamm in Dusseldorf.
Together with the L’Oreal building on the other side of the street, the new northern gateway to the city is being created.
The modern and flexible office spaces will be handed over to the main tenant at the end of 2022.
On 30 June 2022, the IMMOEBS onBoard took place for the 9th time in Dusseldorf.
It was a successful evening with great guests and conversations.

On 1 July 2022, Daniel Mallard and Benjamin Potzel joined the leadership team of IQ Real Estate GmbH.
Daniel Mallard already been working as a project manager for IQ Real Estate since 2013 and has managed projects such as Panta Rhei/Düsseldorf, L’Oréal/Düsseldorf, Smart Office/Düsseldorf, Eclipse/Düsseldorf, among others.
Benjamin Potzel startet at IQ in 2008 as a student assistant before becoming a project manager in 2010 for projects such as Hafenspitze/Düsseldorf, Park Linné/Cologne, Alfried Krupp Krankenhaus/Essen,
Koelnmesse 3.0.
Both colleagues will continue to carry out their project manager activities in addition to their activities in the management.
