On June 10, 2022 IQ took part in the B2Run company run in Düsseldorf and completed the run with a distance of 6.2 km excellently – a great team performance!

First-Aid-Course
On June 07, 2022 we participated in a first-aid-course by PRIMEROS, where we learned or refreshed important knowledge for emergencies.

Located in the best central business district locatio on Königsallee/Benrather Straße/Breite Straße/Trinkhausstraße (former Commerzbank building), Fondus Zweite Immobilienbesitz GmbH & Co KG in cooperation with Hines Immobilien GmbH is planning the construction of a new flexible retail and office property with a gross floor area of approx. 40,000 GFA.
The project will be completed in 2026.
