On 7 March 2022, “die developer” celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the project “Opus”.
Central located at Willy-Brandt-Platz in Krefeld, “die developer” intend to realize a new building complex for the Jobcenter Krefeld on a gross floor area of approx. 13,000 m2.
The project will be completed in 2023.

With “Smart Office”, a state-of-the-art office building was developed on a nearly 10,000 m² large site in the Airport City Dusseldorf.
After a construction period of about two years, the complete overall acceptance took place mid-December 2021. The tenants (Intersnack, Boston Scientific and Deutsche Glasfaser) had already been able to take over and move into their rented space successively since mid-2021.

On 21 December 2021, the first spadefuls of earth were turned for the BOB construction project on Willy-Brandt-Platz in Krefeld.
In view of the perfect sunny albeit chilly weather, all participants truly enjoyed sharing this milestone.
Thanks to the great support by the authorities of the City of Krefeld and the highly productive cooperation of all parties, it was possible to develop the project to this point in just two years.
The spades (or rather the shovels) were energetically applied by (from left to right on the photo):
