Mercator One was honored with an award by the jury of the architecture prize “BDA 2020 Rechter Niederrhein” on October 14, 2020.
The approx. 100 meter long, 17 meter wide and 26 meters high building with high-quality office and commercial space is centrally located between Mercatorstraße and Duisburg central station.
The first tenants have already moved into the new office space. The handover of the outdoor facilities has taken place.
