Topping-out ceremony of “La Tête”

The “La Tête” office building in Toulouser Allee 25-27 held its topping-out ceremony on 3 February 2017. Among the guests, Aurelis Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG welcomed the Düsseldorf Mayor Mr Thomas Geisel as well as Mr Gabor Steingart, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the publishing house Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt. In late 2017, Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt will occupy 13,700 m² of office space in this seven-storey property with its approx. 23,800 m². The building was designed by the architecture firm msm, and IQ Real Estate serves as project manager.

Handover of the commercial vehicle centre Bornheim

On 1 December 2016, the commercial vehicle centre Bornheim was handed over to the Client RKG on schedule by the main contractor Goldbeck. The van and lorry workshop, the double washing bay and the sales yard for the “Young Stars”, the certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles, will now successively commence operations. IQ Real Estate supported the project with construction controlling services, cost control and schedule management and the coordination between the main contractor and the additional specialist contractors commissioned by the Client.

Ground-breaking ceremony for the Vodafone City Gate Nord in Hannover

The traditional turning of the sod ceremony for the construction of the City Gate Nord took place in early November. By mid 2018, the Vodafone employees in Hannover will be able to move into their new office building on Vahrenwalder Straße. The modern DGNB Gold certified building will have six floors and feature an elegant clinker brick façade. The ground floor will accommodate a Vodafone shop as well as a staff restaurant that will also be open to the public. The building will be very well connected to public transport and will also have its own multi-storey car park that will be erected directly opposite.

Foundation stone ceremony for new car park of the Cologne trade fair

The foundation stone for the new multi-storey car park of the Cologne trade fair was laid at a ceremony on 8 September 2016. Over the coming sixteen months, Deutsche Industrie- und Parkhausbau GmbH will create parking space for approximately 3,200 vehicles on the site. The new car park building will blend in nicely with the urban development context between the inner-city motorway and the Zoo Bridge and will be easily identifiable by its prominent scales-like façade. IQ Real Estate has been commissioned to act as project manager.
