IQ was commissioned by IMMOFINANZ AG to serve as project manager for the alteration and new construction of a commercial building on Hohenzollernring. By 2018, retail and office space on a gross floor area of approx. 18,900 m² and a three-level underground car park will be created at this prominent location.
